Terms of Service
Infinor · Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Infinor) and [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Infinor you accept them.
1. The service
Infinor is a cloud accounting and business management service for businesses in the United Arab Emirates (accounts, invoices, bills, expenses, VAT, stock and related tools). We may improve, change or add features over time.
2. Your account
- You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The person who creates a company is its owner and decides who else can log in and with which role.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Subscription and payment
- Infinor is sold as a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in AED and the plan you choose is confirmed when you subscribe.
- Prices exclude VAT unless we say otherwise; UAE VAT is added at the applicable rate.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part of a period unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails we may suspend the account after reasonable notice. Your data is kept for the period in section 7.
4. Your data
Everything you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter and for having the right to enter it (for example customer details).
5. Accounting records and your responsibility
- Infinor is a tool. You remain responsible for your books, VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings and any other legal obligation. Reports and VAT 201 figures should be reviewed by you or your accountant before you file.
- Posted entries cannot be edited or deleted; mistakes are corrected with a reversal entry. This protects your audit trail.
- We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; try to access another company's data; attack, overload or probe the service for weaknesses; copy or resell the service; or upload harmful code.
7. Ending the service and getting your data
- The owner can download all company data at any time from Settings, “Download all my data”, or ask us by writing to [support e-mail address].
- After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep the service available and to back up your data, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit or penalties from a late filing), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will give notice in the app or by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate where [Company legal name] is registered, and the courts of that Emirate have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.
